DTS has a range of connection options available, covering a wide range of needs, both technically and in terms of budget.

1. On Peak/Off Peak

Features	Benefits
Double the data of previous plans.	Schedule updates and downloads for off peak periods to avoid over usage.
On peak usage runs from 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, with all other times considered off peak.	More value for money, with a lower price per Gb than conventional plans.
50% of data allocation is available during on peak periods, with the other 50% available in off peak periods.

Ideal for – all businesses.

2. Unlimited Off Peak –

Between the hours of 5pm – 8am and all weekend, enjoy unlimited data.	No over usage charges for Off Peak usage
On peak component starts at 20Gb.	More value for money, with a lower price per Gb than conventional plans.

Ideal for – Hotels, Internet cafes, and any night time or weekend operation.

3. Inter Site Assured Forwarding.

Features	Benefits
DTS can prioritise packet delivery between sites when both locations are on the DTS network.	Ensures key voice, video or data is delivered with minimal jitter or loss.
Flat Rate billing based on speeds required	Easy to budget when no over usage charges apply

Ideal for – clients that run video, voice, or business critical applications between offices.

4. National Only.

Features	Benefits
Where clients do not require any international data, DTS can offer extremely competitive rates on a solely national based traffic service.	Low cost data transfer nationally.
Flat Rate billing based on speeds required	Easy to budget when no over usage charges apply

Ideal for – a DTS client who has a VPN or key application set up which sends traffic to another New Zealand location not on the DTS network.

5. Flat Rate.

This is a best effort service where DTS can limit a clients maximum transfer on national or international (or both) traffic.	Easy to budget when no over usage charges apply

Ideal for – clients with relatively high levels of data usage who want to limit their overheads by eliminating the possibility of over usage charges.

6. 500% NZ DSL.

Features	Benefits
Whatever the International component, five times more national traffic is provided in the DTS DSL data plan, and still for the same low rates.	Allows greater volumes of national traffic and brings down the cost per Gb substantially.
Low prices compared to market norms.	For clients who are budget conscious or in non-metro areas, this offers large data plans over DSL.

Ideal for – clients with low IT budgets, high national data use, or outside metro areas.

7. Dedicated Bandwidth.

Features	Benefits
Flat rate based on required speeds.	Allows easy budgeting on IT spend.
Non-contended service.	Low jitter, low latency, high speeds.

Ideal for – clients where efficient data transfer is essential with fixed costs and no contention, this option is ideal. Set for release in December 2009.




8. KAREN Access. DTS is a signed KAREN aggregator. Physical connection is set for early 2010.
