Connect 4

Connect4 via CityLink is ideal as an entry-level broadband service, and is intended to meet a wide range of customer needs. The speed is 4mbps for both uploading and downloading. Connect4 works over ethernet which is the most common type of connection used in computer networking. It allows for multiple IP addresses which means you can independently connect more than one computer to your broadband service.

PureFeed

A DTS PureFeed option through CityLink provides the fastest possible connection to the Internet. Connections come as either a 10meg or 100meg service connecting you via DTS’s national and international feeds.

Wireless

DTS offers a wide range of wireless options, including the following:

Smartlinx 3: Competitive high-bandwidth wireless DTS circuits are available through Smartlinx 3 to the communities of Lower Hutt, Porirua and Upper Hutt City.

Araneo: Cost-effective circuits at speeds ranging from 2 mbps to over a gigabit. Internet connectivity, Virtual Private Networks, Voice Over IP, and Video Conferencing are all possible when your company has an Araneo broadband solution.

Fibre

Fibre optic cabling via Vector Communications offers a number of significant benefits over traditional copper cabling - including higher bandwidth, longer link lengths and immunity to
electrical interference.

The high bandwidth capability of fibre allows clear transfer of voice, data, and video signals over a single cable at comfortable speeds and ensures your future needs will be met.

DSL

A DTS digital subscriber line (DSL) connection, supplied through TelstraClear, delivers high-speed Internet access to your location. A DSL modem splits your single phone line into two frequencies - one for data and one for voice. This allows you to use the Internet and the telephone at the same time on the one line.
